Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking an Operations Associate to join our stellar team! You will have the opportunity to work on Fixed Income products while supporting Broadridge's top tier clients
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate. This role requires 5x a week in our Newark, NJ office.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for retrieving and submitting information from Bloomberg for all Fixed income products relating to Security creation and Maintenance.
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
- Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
- Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding

- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Experience using MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
