Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking an Operations Analyst with Investment Accounting experience to join our stellar team! You will have the opportunity to collaborate and play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency while supporting our top tier clients.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize essential accounting and organizational skills while working both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support "buy side" clients
- Maintains tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget;
- Ensure that financial controls and investment accounting policies and procedures are maintained, while initiative is required to seek improvement
- Ensures that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of client requirements.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships and provides day-to-day client advice and support.
- Promotes the organization's capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers and achieves contract extensions or additional business within the account(s). -Performs clerical or administrative, work
- Uses administrative, data organizing and coordination skills to complete work
- Performs duties according to established procedures

- 2+ years experience working as an Operations Analyst
- Experience in financial industry required-Investment Accounting and Private Equity
- Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
- Uses knowledge of how the team integrates with others to accomplish the team objectives
- Possess a strong knowledge of account workflows (Journalization of investment transactions, cash and investment position reconciliations, and period closes)
- Provides informal guidance and support to more junior team members
- Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on practice and existing precedents or procedures
- Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
