About the Role
This role is an integral member of Broadridge Advisor Solutions' marketing team and is focused on helping to raise awareness and interest for new advisor marketing products and addons into the marketplace.
As a Marketing Manager this role works cross-departmentally with Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to help support the adoption and retention of key BAS solutions.
The focus of this role is to support in the development, positioning and promotion of key BAS products that will help clients and prospects have a clear understanding of our marketing solutions and help address their key pain points.

Key Responsibilities:
Messaging & Positioning:
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our offerings in the marketplace and resonates with our target buyer personas
- Work with the marketing and product team to create collateral and other marketing materials (e.g., videos, product webpages, etc) that communicate product benefits effectively
- Execution of marketing campaigns to promote capabilities and communicate to key stakeholders
- Lead the development and execution of integrated product marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels (digital, social media, email, PR, events etc.) with support
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to enhance online visibility and engagement of Broadridge Advisor Solutions
- Work closely with product, client service, sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and market needs
- Regularly report on marketing performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders
- Contribute to on-going understanding of buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key purchasing criteria
- Understand the competitive landscape-be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned
- Work cross-departmentally to compile key proof points and research that help demonstrate the value and need of key marketing solutions
Education:
- University/college degree in business or marketing-related field (PR, Advertising, Marketing & Communications)
- 3+ years of product marketing experience considered an asset
- Proven track record of success in marketing with measurable results
- Analytical skills and experience bringing products to market
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge working with marketing and design tools (e.g., MailChimp, Hubspot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Canva etc.)
