Job Responsibilities:
TPRM Manager, will have responsibility for the end-to-end risk assessment process and managing business relationships across the company. To carry out this mission, the Manger will need to build strong partnerships with Business Unit Officers and the Subject Matter Experts of the key TPRM pillars (Infosec, compliance, legal, Finance, and Security). To this end, he/she will need to:
- Build strong partnership with key stakeholders to influence and strategically manage the TPRM process
- Think critically to identify business and risk improvement opportunities that coincide with the business
- Gathers stakeholder and subject-matter business requirements to ensure risk assessment processes are carried out in a timely manner
- Drives remediation activities and collaboration with respective business lines and third parties
- Manage the quality assurance (QA) review of questionnaire responses and documentation received
- Ensure vendors provide required information and documentation as per established SLAs and work to resolve any issues collaboratively
- Support managing capacity and workload of team members
- Directly oversee due diligence process for high and critical risk vendors as requested by the Sr. Director of TPRM
- Support the Sr. Director of TPRM in preparing standard and ad-hoc reporting for the TPRM and ERM Committees
- Owns and builds relationships with key business partners and SMEs
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the TPRM program, including policy, processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Generate reports and presentations on TPRM activities for senior management and risk committees
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to third-party risk management
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for internal teams on third-party risk management processes

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cyber, Technology, or Risk & Controls.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
- Skilled with identifying clear and actionable goals, establish priorities and achieve measurable results
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment and willing to adjust priority as advised by leadership and business requirement
- Self-motivated individual that demonstrates initiative with proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability
- Must have ability to be tactful yet assertive. Ability to educate and achieve consensus
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem solving
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work with Third Party Vendors and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and tools
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong TPRM experience
- Detailed knowledge of finance, risk management, and supplier management concepts
- Technology-savvy and able to leverage S2P/TPRM systems
- 5+ years TPRM experience
- Demonstrate superior oral and written communication skills
- Develop and manage effective communication -incl. training - and marketing strategies, plans and deliverables
- Ensure that the appropriate communication messages across all business areas are delivered by the most appropriate channel of communication
- Ability to address business concerns in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- Consistently provide strong strategic perspective and recommend and implement creative and pragmatic approaches and tactics to address and resolve process issues
- Ability to think outside the box and generate creative ideas that are beneficial to Broadridge TPRM program
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, finance, accounting, or related discipline
- 7+ years professional experience in risk/vendor management, audit, finance, accounting, operations, or management consulting
