We are looking for a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to market our company's products and services through targeted outreach and engagement with potential customers. This role involves managing the overall sales efforts both domestically and globally, including planning and sales service activities where applicable. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies and maintaining operating budgets and sales forecasts. By identifying well-qualified prospects through cold calling, you will increase brand awareness within the business community. While the position does not involve closing sales, you will play a crucial part in handing over qualified leads to the sales team, supporting their efforts to finalize deals.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.
Role Responsibilities:
- Market company products and services to qualified prospects via telephone.
- Generate prospective customers through strategic cold calling and qualify leads.
- Direct qualified leads to the field and/or inside sales team for closure.
- Enhance awareness of company products and services within the targeted business community.
- Prepare and maintain activity and forecast reports.
- Apply theoretical knowledge of sales concepts and processes in day-to-day activities.
- Understand and navigate sales processes with limited complexity, ensuring effective lead management.
- Basic understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the sales discipline.
- General awareness of business operations, financials, and the market for informed interactions.
- Strong negotiation skills with specific experience in product/services knowledge.
- Capable of making informed judgments using standard procedures for problem-solving.
- Ability to exchange straightforward information clearly and check for understanding.
- Motivation to meet quotas, despite limited direct contact with clients or authority to negotiate terms.
- Excellent organizational skills to work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives.
