Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering for a client, from inception to installation to final delivery.

Responsibilities:
-Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work
-Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education
-Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression
-Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
-Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
-Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
-Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
-Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
-Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
-Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
-Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or other relevant degree
Strong communication skills
SQL experience, Code debugging, Troubleshooting required.
Technical support experience preferred
AS/400 knowledge is preferred.
Fixed income business knowledge is preferred.
