Senior Java Developer
5-7 years of experience in Java development
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality Java applications
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and other developers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
- Write well-designed, efficient and testable code
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Ensure best practices in software development and secure coding standards
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on coding and best practices
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Engineering
- 5-7 + years of experience in Java development
- Strong proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate frameworks
- Experience in middleware products like MQ or Kafka
- Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript , EXTjs, Angular , ReactJS) is a plus
- Experience with Git is must
- Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in automation of the deployment of application.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
