Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the Global Intercompany process, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and guide the team to deliver efficient, high-quality results.
- Exhibit a goal-oriented mindset-proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value and improve processes.
- Promote a collaborative and transparent team environment through clear communication and regular team meetings.
- Ensure structured service delivery planning, conduct performance and process reviews, and drive continuous improvement across the team.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Intercompany Accounting, including supervision of month-end close activities and reconciliations.
- 3+ years of proven team leadership and process ownership experience.
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, think analytically, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience with Oracle AGIS and Blackline applications is a strong plus.
