Role Overview
At Broadridge (BTCS) Trading Solutions Delivery (TSD), our mission is to deliver high-performance and sustainable solutions for addressing our clients' business requirements for electronic trading. A solution is the combined set of core products, configurations, customizations, and integrations that are implemented and maintained for a particular client. Broadridge manages such solutions as products.
The Implementation coordinator is a service-minded individual with a solid technical expertise who will be responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the client solutions. They will help to plan the project, guide it on a day-to-day basis, ensure scope is met, help with technical implementation, and ensure that it is delivered on time. An Implementation coordinator will be responsible for working on multiple projects in parallel.

As a Implementation coordinator, you will implement and enhance Itiviti trading systems. It is important to have a style that fosters teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders and partners. You will be responsible for project visibility, communicating status to senior technology and business sponsors both internally and externally. You will also perform and report project risk assessments and manage client expectations to ensure ongoing project viability.
Additionally, the Implementation coordinator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders/vendors to manage day-to-day activities and help remove blockers.
Responsibilities
- Help the implementation engineers to do the hands on implementation, testing and signoff for the client platform
- Work with our clients to analyze their requirements and issues from a business, functional, and technical perspective;
- Define functional and technical solutions to solve complex client requirements;
- Assist in estimating and sizing work;
- Configure, integrate, and customize our products to fulfill the client's business requirements and test the implemented workflows;
- Ensure successful completion of projects on time and on budget while maintaining customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide project estimated timelines and define high level project plan when needed including: implementation, infrastructure delivery, must have product requests and contingency.
- Be the central point of contact accountable for the successful running of a given project as well clearly communicating the status of the project and relevant metrics to stakeholders throughout by providing status reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, customer success, infrastructure, product management, QA and development) as well as external 3rd parties (exchanges, market data, back office, etc.).
- Create detailed project plans and ensure that all documents and reports are maintained and updated throughout the project (project plans, issue logs, risks, etc.).
- Be responsible for project quality, communication, and issue management as well as monitor project risks and carry out risk mitigation and raise warnings to stakeholders and escalate to management when appropriate
- Support successful client onboarding by ensuring the client has received training and supporting project documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams at the conclusion of a project to transition into a BAU mode.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and oral English;
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or equivalent;
- 3 years of experience in related roles;System administration, shell scripting, and networking experience;
- FIX and other exchange protocols;
- Experience in a client-facing technical support role or an implementation/delivery role;
- Autonomy, organization, and a strong sense of accountability;
- Strong problem solving skills.

- Experience in the finance industry is a strong plus, such as in principal or agency trading systems, market connectivity, and/or asset classes such as equities, derivatives, structured products, FX, and fixed income;
- C++ and/or Java programming experience is a plus;
- PRINCE2/PMP highly desired
- Agile/Scrum experience a plus
- 1 or 2 Years real world experience a plus
- Financial/Capital markets experience is highly desirable (such as front office systems, market connectivity, equities/derivatives trading, FIX protocol, 3rd party vendors, etc.)
