We are currently seeking an Implementations Business Analyst to be a key player in the implementation, configuration, and training efforts for our SFCM Anetics platform. This cross-functional role will engage with both internal teams and external clients, delivering impactful solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional expert in system implementation, configuration, and client training for the SFCM Anetics platform.
- Collaborate with development teams to assess solutions, estimate effort, and oversee testing of newly developed functionality.
- Conduct functional analysis and design based on client and project requirements, producing detailed specifications and test plans.
- Configure and test system functionality, ensuring quality and alignment with client objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise in financial markets and related functional areas, staying updated on industry trends.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and gathering insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist the sales team by participating in client demos and offering insights into the platform's capabilities.
- Build strong client relationships by providing on-site training, soliciting feedback, and identifying opportunities to introduce additional Broadridge solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and gathering insights for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to internal knowledge transfer, staff training, and the development of new product ideas based on market trends and client feedback.
- Monitor project timelines, report progress regularly, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business, finance, or technology-related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis in Northern American Securities Finance Market.
- Have knowledge of Loanet, DTC and Books and Records systems.
- Experience with system implementation projects, particularly in financial software platforms.
- Strong understanding of trading positions, profit and loss validation, and exposure calculations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in mathematics and technical writing, with the ability to create concise and unambiguous documentation.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required, with advanced notice for extended trips.
