Fulfills orders and manages client Service Level Agreements ("SLA"). Picks and packs lower quantity items to assemble printed materials into a final product. Looks for opportunities to improve quality to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, working closely with Print, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Shipping.
