We are seeking a transformative leader to serve as the Head of Digital Asset Solutions. In this role, you will build and scale a new business serving the emerging digital asset ecosystem-including cryptocurrency exchanges, traditional broker/dealers, wealth managers, digital asset custodians, and digital asset investors. Your purpose will be to set the strategic direction and drive the commercialization of innovative products, such as the ClearFi platform, while forging strong client relationships and managing operational excellence through teams and technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development
    • Clarify the target market for digital asset data and compliance business (ex. disclosures, communications, tokenization, governance, etc.)
    • Understand the competitive environment and ensure that Broadridge offers a superior value to potential clients
    • Define metrics for success and work with senior management to set targets for the business. Develop a plan to achieve the agreed-upon targets.
    • Participate in both internal and external regulatory discussions while defining a scalable strategy for growing the business.
  • P&L Management
    • Work with Finance and ICS management to develop an operating plan for FY26.
    • Manage revenues and expenses to meet operating plan targets.
    • Identify options for corrective action if the business is falling short of plan.
  • Team Building and Staffing:
    • Recruit, mentor and lead a team of digital assets specialists across product, design, research and technology while leveraging existing resources that will be transitioned to ensure scalable growth. Additional resources across marketing, legal, compliance will support the core team as the business evolves.
    • Expand team capabilities with ad hoc support from marketing, legal, and compliance as the business evolves.
  • Industry Presence & Thought Leadership:
    • Work with 605 Labs and Marketing to build a plan to elevate Broadridge's industry visibility
    • Represent Broadridge as a subject matter expert in industry conferences and events to raise awareness of the digital asset industry and Broadridge's offerings.
    • Participate in internal leadership discussions including the GM council (Mike Tae's meeting) and ELT, 4.0 meetings to as required.
    • Positioned as SME for digital assets by representing Broadridge in global media events, strategy sessions and global digital assets associations.
  • Product Management
    • Outline a 2-year strategy roadmap including the ClearFi platform.
    • Develop additional platform capabilities to win additional clients across and enable Broadridge to compete in new market segments.
    • Ensure that the technology is robust enough to meet the vendor management standards of leading brokerage firms, asset managers and exchanges.
    • Integrate with other Broadridge technologies as appropriate to meet client needs for seamless data flow and consistent interfaces.
  • Client Management
    • Build strong relationships with initial clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring that Broadridge delivers on its commitments to them.
    • Seek opportunities to expand client relationships by addressing a broader range of digital asset requirements.
  • Operations and Support
    • Ensure successful onboarding of digital asset clients.
    • Define the operations and support model for the business to address client needs and achieve financial targets. Determine the best mix geographic locations for operational teams based on cost and capabilities.
    • Develop controls and risk management processes to prevent errors, meet client commitments and minimize potential claims
