Key Responsibilities:
  • Global Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the global payroll accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient payroll operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce payroll policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Service Delivery Planning: Conduct regular service delivery planning and process reviews to ensure optimal performance and address any areas for improvement.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven hands-on experience in payroll accounting, including comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, month-end close activities, and reconciliations.
  • Leadership: At least 3 years of experience in team management and process ownership, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with payroll accounting tools such as ADP, Mercan, or similar systems. Familiarity with Oracle General Ledger and Blackline applications is preferable.
