As the Director of Strategy and Business Development, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the strategic direction for Broadridge's investor communications initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, you will work with the team to assist with business development initiatives, identify and capture incremental revenue opportunities, and execute on strategy projects and presentations.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of strategic frameworks by analyzing the division's existing business, identifying emerging trends, and understanding the competitive landscape
- Identify and support the pursuit of new business opportunities to expand our market presence Including future product offerings new market opportunities.
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with other Investor Communication Services, Corporate Strategy and Business Development teams to ensure alignment on projects and deliverables
- Create marketing and strategy presentations for executives
- Prepare monthly reports, plans, documents and presentations as well as support the Strategy and Business Development team on special projects
- Develop programs that drive new revenue and margin opportunities, expand services, increase awareness and cross selling of services
- Support the development of long-term strategic roadmap
- Design, drive, and support various kinds of strategic analysis to inform company decision making
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in the financial services/fintech sector strongly preferred
- Knowledge of customer and regulatory communications
- 5-8 years of proven experience in a strategy and business development and/or market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and grow revenue and profits
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be committed to producing extremely high-quality work product
- Excels under pressure with tight deadlines
- Strong listening and influencing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Highly developed communication and presentations skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to business partners.
- Demonstrates high integrity, diplomacy and discretion
- Great collaborative skills, highly motivated team player with a positive mindset
