The Vote Audit Analyst/ Data Entry Clerk (Contract) will be responsible for various daily processes pertaining to job coding, ballot/voting instruction form detail validations, and electronic reviews pertaining to email specimens and internet agenda functionality. You will play an integral part with ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the voting process. In addition, this position will also be responsible for ensuring that jobs accurately up properly prior to distribution.

- Conduct audit and reconciliation testing of voting processes
- Ensure that jobs are set up correctly (physical and electronic)
- Identify, report problems and/or issues of potential risk and communicate findings to management
- Continuous interaction and output in a team environment.
- Voting and Issuer job details are processed accurately and within defined guidelines
- Maintain professional working relationships with internal business partners
- Work closely with Manager providing regular status updates and feedback regarding the effectiveness of control's
- Overtime is required during this contract and whenever required, based on processing volumes
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Community College Diploma in Business Administration is preferred
- 1-2 years hands on experience in Operation Auditing, Accounting, or Quality Assurance
- Able to work in a cross-functional environment
- Exposure and/or knowledge of brokerage, proxy, or financial business operations is helpful
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and data entry skills
- Intermediate Word/Excel proficiency
- Bilingual (French/English) is preferred
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts is required
- Windows environment
- All necessary advanced technological tools are provided
- Exposure to database systems is an asset
