Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Newark NJ! We are looking for someone to be on the front lines of ensuring Broadridge's clients are effectively using our systems every single day to drive their business. The support and experience you provide to our clients is key to their success and that of Broadridge's. As a service delivery team member, you will have a significant impact on the client's organization and their ability to do business in an efficient and timely manner. You will accomplish this impact through accurate tracking, raising issues when necessary, and timely resolution of client issues. Does this role sound like a match for you? Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions. Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities
  • Offer frontline support to end users via phone and email.
  • Accurately document, triage, and troubleshoot client inquiries and issues.
  • Provide proactive, clear, and consistent updates to both clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor dashboards to ensure issues are identified and addressed promptly.
Qualifications
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, real-time environment where our products drive business decisions.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate robust analytical abilities and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
  • Embrace creative thinking and experimental approaches to problem-solving.
Salary range $65,000.00- $68.000.00. Bonus Eligible.
