Role & Responsibilities:
As an RPA Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the RPA product and management of our BPO Robotic Process Automation solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the BPO business departments to identify automation opportunities, define product roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of RPA initiatives. Your primary goal will be to drive efficiency, improve processes, and deliver tangible value to the organization by leveraging RPA technologies.

- Identify and document RPA automation opportunities with BPO business units
- Define RPA product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Communicate RPA updates and progress
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Ensure timely delivery of RPA projects within budget
- Lead testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance processes
- Provide training and support for stakeholders
- Maintain RPA solutions post-deployment
- Proven experience (12+ years) as a business / Product Manager, preferably within RPA or related automation technologies.
- Expertise in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passionate teammate who understands and respects personal & cultural differences
- Ability to focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- Solid analytical skills, especially in area of translating opportunities into business requirements - with a continuous focus on aligning RPA roadmap with the immediate and long-term Business strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is highly desirable.
- Experience with other automation technologies such as AI/ML, NLP, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
