The APAC President will work with the President, BR- International to scale and grow the BR International franchise in the Asia Pacific region (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia and Philippines). They will be the Broadridge brand ambassador for APAC, will promote One Broadridge with clients across all segments, be a "culture carrier" and pastoral leader for all associates in APAC and hold accountability for the regional level control framework or regulatory/compliance issues.

The APAC President will be responsible for working with all stakeholders to shape the shared vision for Broadridge APAC and provide leadership and direction to Broadridge's operations within the region.

Success in the role will require the role holder to be able to influence within our matrixed structure and a strong ability to manage by influence to drive towards our shared goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Play a visible role as the identified leader of our APAC business

• Drive/support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Broadridge's products, and services.

• Develop and deliver a regional Strategic and Operating plan at the aggregated BR level

Client Relationships:

• Work with Sales and Account Management leaders to build and nurture strong relationships with clients in APAC, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. This will include assisting in building the pipeline and relationship management across Broadridge global businesses within the key APAC accounts.

• Regional escalation for critical issues for business support functions

• Own client satisfaction, and NPS score targets for the APAC region

Business Development:

• In conjunction with key stakeholders [Sales, Account Management and Business/Product leads] identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that expand Broadridge's market reach within APAC and play a key role in driving deals forward

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, trading firms, investment banks, and other stakeholders. To understand market trends that effect our product set and adjacent opportunities that could lead to significant growth and retention.

• To drive revenue and EBIT growth across all BR businesses in APAC region

• Be the face of BR to the Market, leading GTM and Market Advocacy initiatives

• Support sales and revenue growth across enterprise

People:

• Provide strong leadership to our associates in APAC - driving high retention and engagement -

• Be involved in key people related decisions which impact APAC - for example hiring, development, compensation and exits

• Effectively communicate Broadridge's performance, strategies, and achievements to Broadridge associates.

• Ensure required training and development of skilled associates

Regulatory Compliance:

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to establish and maintain robust risk management practices and adhere to all relevant regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.

Industry Thought Leadership:

• Represent Broadridge APAC at industry events, conferences, and forums, establishing the company as a thought leader.

• Contribute to industry discussions, whitepapers, and publications to enhance Broadridge's reputation.

• Provide regular updates on key performance indicators, market trends, and industry developments.

Your profile

• Years Experience: 10+ Years national and international experience. Deep expertise within the FinTech sector

• Expert in sales, account management, product, business management, strategy, product management development and/or change management

• Strong client management skills, comfortable and with experience of, working at C-Suite levels in both relationship management and sales context

• Able to work in a matrixed environment, globally - and influence across the matrix

• Strong understanding of current trends and opportunities in FinTech

• Proven track record of executive leadership and strategic planning, ideally at the C-suite level

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset

• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex market dynamics, technological advancements, and competitive pressures.
