Your Purpose:

As an essential member of the Brightline Station Operations team you will often be the first smiling face to greet our guests. You will gladly share your wealth of local and Company knowledge while taking great care of all baggage and personal belongings that are checked in near the station entrance. Suggesting services and products and stepping in to assist teammates in other areas of the station as needed will assist our guests in concluding that they have made the right decision to travel with Brightline.

Your Role:

  • Baggage Handling: You are responsible for the safe handling of guest baggage and personal items through the station. This includes ensuring Company procedures are properly followed; while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Computer Literacy: You are comfortable navigating across various computer applications to help our guests
  • Guest Empathy: You play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, anticipating and helping them navigate the various needs they may have before boarding or after arriving.

You:

  • This is a physical job on a daily basis and requires the ability to use more extreme physical abilities in the case of emergencies. You must be able to move and lift heavy objects in a variety of directions including over your head, traverse across uneven terrain, exchange information in person and over electronic devices/systems, ascend/descend ladders, perceive the physical environment around you, and perform all safety-related procedures.
  • You have six months or more experience in guest service, sales, or serving food or drinks.
  • You are a minimum of 18 years old.
  • You are able to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
