Responsibilities

The person selected will be in charge of resolving disputes from Bridgestone customers in the United States and Canada that require solving billing problems. Work will be done in such a way to ensure compliance with the key process indicators (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA). Aditionally, the person will support the leader with tasks and projects that require coordination, organization and critical/lateral thinking as they arise in daily operations. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related career. (In progress / Completed)
  • Advanced English Skills C1 (required)
  • Advanced Excel (Desirable)
  • SAP knowledge. (Desirable)
  • Yellow belt certification (Desirable) 
  • At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)

    Note: All internal candidates must inform and get aproval from their direct leaders about the interest of been part of the process.
