Responsibilities
The Demand and Relationshop Marketing organization is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who will be responsible for guiding email marketing strategies for Bridgestone West. This position manages the start to finish process for email marketing including process management, tracking, analytics, email development and deployment. This role will implement best practices in email marketing and help to identify new opportunities to support organization communication efforts. The ideal candidate will partner cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and external agencies and will need to be comfortable in highly collaborative environments. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1 )Build and optimize customer journey campaigns within the marketing automation platfrom from contact acqusition, lead creation to revenue generation. 2)Create and edit email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promtional messages and automated campaigns. 3)Segment email lists based on user behaviors, preferences and contact level attributes to ensure targeted and relevant messaging. 4)Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines and delivery times for maximum enagement and conversion.5)Monitor and analyze email campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights. 6 )Create and use an email communications calendar to work with stakeholders across the organization to time communications for optimal performance. 7)Identify new opportunities for revenue generating email marketing programs. 8)Develop and implement strategies to manage opt-ins, opt-outs and email prefernece for stakeholers while ensuring compliance with global email marketing regulations (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, etc)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in project or account management
2-3 years experience in email marketing with proven experience with a marketing automation platform or ESP
Level C1 English proficiency; strong project manangemtn skills with attention to detail and high sense of urgency, the ability to adjust priorites as necessary, communication skills - verbal, written and listening, experience with global companies, strong interpersonal skills, a team player, willingness to learn/grow and be part of exciting new team.
