Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Specialist, Organic Search is responsible for the day-to-day search engine optimization (SEO) strategy for Bridgestone and Firestone web experiences, content, data and assets across Bridgestone West (North America, Latin America, and EMEA). The specialist will focus on Bridgestone’s owned digital channels and will play a key role in evolving our organic performance, on both a local and global scale. The role will work closely with our in-house team of digital content specialists and external agency partners to develop and execute SEO content strategy in support of B2B, B2C, and enterprise customers and stakeholders. This role will report to the Marketing Manager, Digital Content and is based in Costa Rica.
To be successful in this position, significant cross-functional collaboration across stakeholder groups and external agency teams is required. Candidates must be comfortable with highly collaborative environments and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsabilities
• Lead SEO optimization for Bridgestone West brands and products, in support of both B2B and B2C teams and objectives.• Leverage Bridgestone’s selected SEO platform to develop reports including organic traffic inspections and analyses, SEO keyword rankings analyses, indexation audits and make tactical recommendations to address identified issues or opportunities
• Produce and/or contribute towards ongoing periodic SEO technical audits and analyses, creating useful insights and action items to support Bridgestone West growth in organic search for their main KPIs
• Contribute to Bridgestone West’s digital experience transformation, including initial data collection to support content protection, retention and retiring decisions, audit digital experiences for technical issues, prepare content migration plans and checklists followed by post-migration activities, monitoring and reporting
• Develop geo-targeting recommendations for international SEO projects to help West regions achieve local and/or international search visibility
• Work collaboratively with digital marketing teammates and agency resources to guide workstreams in alignment with strategic needs and brand guidelines
• Work closely with Marketing Manager, Digital Content to align with overall digital content strategy and goals
• Ensure data accuracy and processes are followed as documented by cross-functional teams

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and/or 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and search engine optimization.
• Level C1 English proficiency.
• Understanding of the key algorithm updates and SEO implications.
• Understanding of search engines’ best practices and industry trends.
• SEO platforms, Advanced CMS, DAM systems
• At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)
Note: All internal candidates must inform and get aproval from their direct leaders about the interest of been part of the process.
Desired experience
• Experience working with advanced CMS and DAM systems (Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Assets experience preferred but not required)• Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a highly dynamic environment and adjust priorities as necessary.
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written and listening – and ability to communicate project-related deadlines and achievements to peers, stakeholders and leaders across businesses.
• Experience with best-in-class digital marketing and website UX strategies and activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and ability to work successfully with a wide range of stakeholders.
