We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. The role will report to the Head of Marketing and will lead go-to-market strategies for new product and feature launches and own product-market positioning. The role will require you to be highly collaborative and work with senior leaders across marketing, product, sales, analytics, and merchant success . The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in influencing product roadmaps and crafting messaging to improve the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.

Your Role at Bread:
- Lead cross-functional efforts to bring new features and products to market
- Develop clear and concise product positioning, product messaging, and value prop to be used across multiple marketing and sales touchpoints
- Be the voice of the market through research and qualitative feedback to understand how retailers evaluates and adopts products and services throughout their customer lifecycle
- Be an expert on our competitive landscape, assist in market segmentation and opportunity sizing, and responsible for identifying areas of opportunities and investment
- Drive and execute multi-channel go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new Bread features, products, and services
- Build compelling content to serve both internal teams and external markets
- Establish proper KPIs to track adoption and awareness of new Bread products and features and develop a plan to continually drive adoption and usage
- Ensure stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and success
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of total work experience, with 3+ in product marketing in a B2B startup or fast-paced SaaS environment
- Experience in crafting messaging and positioning for B2B audiences to effectively differentiate the product
- Track record of crafting and executing go-to-market plans from ideation to launch to drive new product or feature adoption
- Strong analytical background with a proven history of using data to drive decisions
- Proven ability to influence and lead projects across cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in either the retail, e-commerce, or fintech space a plus
