WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the Director, Global Equity, the Senior Global Equity Analyst will support the day-to-day administration of the company's stock-based compensation plans. You will collaborate with internal business partners, engage with employees regarding equity questions, maintain our Equity Management Platform, and assist with employee education and enablement regarding the company's equity plans.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of Braze equity compensation program, including the issuance of equity awards, monitoring of stock option exercises and execution of equity award vestings
  • Experience working with different types of equity plans
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and supporting automation
  • Preparing data needed for SEC filings including 10-Q, 10-K, proxy compensation tables and 10b5-1 trading plans
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, Accounting, Payroll, Audit, and the People teams
  • Interacts with transfer agent and third-party stock administrator to ensure that trades are settled timely, reconcile DWAC instructions and transfer agent activities
  • Experience with administrating an ESPP plan globally
  • Maintenance of stock plan documentation for both internal and SOX compliance
  • A firm commitment to confidentiality and ability to operate with a high level of integrity  and discretion
  • Ability to remain organized and work on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Provide support and education to employees regarding equity compensation programs.
  • Create and distribute communication materials, such as FAQs, newsletters, and training sessions.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in company stock administration or equity compensation at a financial services institution 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally resourceful, detail-oriented

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $101,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $100,000 and $113,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
