WHAT YOU'LL DO
Braze is looking for a Regional Director, Resellers to work closely with resellers in Brazil to provide accurate revenue forecasts and achieve revenue targets. Will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Product, to drive account growth, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, customer engagement solutions, and the ability to build long-term relationships in a fast-paced environment with partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular sales meetings with the resellers to understand the opportunities and be able to form the forecasts on New Business, Upsells and Renewals
- Share the best practices, case studies to the resellers to help accelerate the opportunities
- Develop a business plan with the resellers covering the go to market strategy, objectives, tactics and continuously manage it
- Conduct Close Plan review with Resellers
- Resolve channel conflicts when there are multiple resellers in the same market
- Work with the internal team to provide the best pricing and conditions to the resellers customers
- Facilitate with the legal team to support the commercial and legal discussions
- Know the resellers business by pulling out data from various internal reports
- Plan, prepare and execute the Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
- When there is a pipeline coverage, work with the resellers to plan, execute lead generation initiatives
- Recruit new resellers to cover all segments
- Help design the partner program to drive proper behaviors
- Stay informed on regional market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to provide relevant insights to clients
- Support regional go-to-market initiatives and help expand our presence across Brazil by identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio
WHO YOU ARE
- 8+ Years working experience with SaaS, MarTech companies
- Sales Manager experience for SaaS (a must)
- Channel / Partner Sales experience (a must)
- English proficiency (a must)
- Spanish proficiency (a plus)
- Digital Marketing / MarTech Experience Preferred
- Resellers Recruitment, Nurturing
- Sales Enablement
- Partner Program Development Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultural and organizational boundaries
- Willingness to travel within Brazil as needed
- Strong written and verbal English skills are essential
