WHAT YOU’LL DO 

The Talent Development team is responsible for building, sustaining and measuring capacity across the organization by creating a culture of continuous learning. We design and deliver programs to elevate leadership, strengthen individual performance and help teams collaborate effectively. We are looking for a L&D Lead to provide specialist expertise by identifying, designing and facilitating world class learning and development initiatives that build our capabilities and drive growth. You will also represent the Talent Development team in our EMEA region and understand the value in developing strong relationships with our leaders. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with key stakeholders in developing, designing and facilitating L&D programmes across the business 
  • Produce learning analytics and reports to provide insights on learning impact and inform decisions for upcoming program improvements
  • Manage learning program workstreams, timetables, communications, scheduling, logistics and follow-ups
  • Assist in conducting business and learning skills development needs analysis to help inform strategies or frameworks for lawyer-specific L&D programs.
  • Simplify complex learning content into easy to understand and clear learning experiences
  • Assist in the maintenance and refinements of Braze LMS ensuring proper functionality, user support and management of course catalog, enrollments and reporting
  •  Adapt delivery methods and content based on the audience, training objectives, and feedback to maximize effectiveness and business impact
  • Serve as a representative and advocate of the Talent Development team while building relationships and forging partnerships with managers and leaders to help identify and meet learning and development needs. 
  • Serve as the key TD liaison between EMEA and APAC regions to provide vILT training and respond to stakeholders needs and concerns

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person who is excited to join a fast-paced and scaling company! Specifically, you have:

  • 5+ yrs of professional experience
  • Experience using and rolling out learning management systems Sufficiency in various learning methodologies and assessment strategies - and can make these relatable for our employees 
  • Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and facilitation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness
  • Familiarity with data visualization methods - including principles, methods, and applications: texture and color mapping, data representation, graphs, and word clouds
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, collaborative environment while also working autonomously and taking ownership of projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship building skills 
  • Portfolio of work ideal but not required
