Primary Responsibilities:

As a Regional Associate, your primary responsibilities include:
  • Ensure Total Operating Revenue is managed daily.
  • Ensure sales activity yields achievement of occupancy targets.
  • Ensure resident retention targets are met by driving team to consistently deliver outstanding, timely customer service
  • Review monthly owner's packages and ensure they are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Conduct quarterly financial reviews.
  • Understand management agreement responsibilities for assigned assets.
  • Understand Ownership structure, financing and income regulated programs as it related to assigned portfolio.
  • Complete a thorough review of monthly operating statement and general ledger.
  • Continued analysis of revenue growth opportunity and expense control.
  • Develop and maintain strong, loyal relationships with all constituents.
  • Weekly contact with Ownership Representatives.
  • Participate in delivery of Property Manager, Leasing and Maintenance meetings.
  • Attend a minimum of one industry function per month.
  • Attend one lunch per month with an industry associate.
  • Visit each property in portfolio every 5-7 days.
  • Conduct at least one unannounced monthly weekend visit to all properties.
  • Attend a minimum of one staff meeting per month per property.
  • Establish property as a sub-market leader.
  • Be an expert on competitive marketplace and effectively coach team to proficiency in differentiating property from competition.
  • Stay current on industry trends, development pipeline and evolving customer needs.
  • Exhibit flexibility and patience in managing demands of the work environment. Be adept at managing change.
  • Visit at least one competitor or new property per week.
  • General knowledge of any transaction in markets under management.
  • Ensure adherence to Bozzuto Marketing standards at all properties and complete Quarterly Site Inspections.
  • Maintain a high performing, customer focused team.
  • Develop the team and provide ongoing learning opportunities for skill building and career advancement.
  • Ensure turnover is maintained at 40% or less.
  • Monitor progress of employee certification on all new hires.
  • Conduct goal setting meetings with on-site Property manager quarterly and ensure that Property Managers set employee goals quarterly
  • Reinforcement of company values in property operations.
  • Assistance and involvement with company training programs and off-site recruiting efforts.
  • Final review of all new hires in portfolio.


What You Bring to Us:
  • A BA/BS degree.
  • 5-7 years supervisory experience (people and operations management)
  • Analytical Skills
  • Yardi and/or knowledge of other software programs (OneSite, LRO, YieldStar, MRI, etc)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency - Word, Excel and PPT
  • Industry Knowledge - track-record managing a large community (at least 500+) A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) where applicable
