Primary Responsibilities
Bozzuto seeks a Proposal & Design Specialist with a keen eye for writing, proofing, and graphic design to support new business acquisitions and directly impact our company's growth. This role is responsible for communicating the company's service offering creatively and succinctly. This high-visibility role is ideal for a driven, proactive, and organized individual.
As a Proposal & Design Specialist, your responsibilities include:
- Write, proofread, and edit client-facing materials, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with Bozzuto's brand voice. Materials include new business proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, biographies, and corporate resumes.
- Design visually compelling and brand-aligned new business materials, including presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral/resources, using platforms such as PowerPoint & Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop).
- Analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) and develop strategic, high-quality responses that effectively communicate Bozzuto's value proposition, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends.
- Update and maintain existing content within the firm's content management system.
- Work closely with Executive Leadership, Client Services, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop impactful business development materials that drive engagement and win new business.
- Have a passion for thoughtful, client-facing corporate marketing and communications and quality control.
- Maintain and evolve Bozzuto's brand voice in partnership with the corporate communications team to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Assist with client holiday and meeting gift programs to create memorable touchpoints for the Bozzuto brand.
- An ability to think creatively with outside-of-the-box thoughts and ideas to differentiate and propel the brand forward.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team leads to produce copy related to leasing and operating strategies.
- Assist with CRM management to ensure the accuracy of deal/client-specific information.
- Conduct in-depth region-specific multifamily research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning.
What You Bring to Us:
- A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in English, communications, journalism, graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of related experience that demonstrates strong writing, marketing, or design abilities.
- Multifamily industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated success in writing and designing business materials that tell a story or persuade.
- Excellent written communication and proofreading skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to perform quickly, accurately, and effectively in all deliverables.
- Work ethic of loyalty, integrity, pride, perseverance, accountability, respect, and teamwork.
Salary Range
$75,000-$80,000 USD
