Primary Responsibilities

The digital marketing team is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. The analyst will report directly to the Data Analytics Manager. As a vital contributor to the development and enhancement of our digital marketing strategies, you will leverage data-driven insights to evaluate marketing performance and offer sound recommendations aimed at optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. Additionally, the analyst will support the marketing team by responding to analytical inquiries, providing insightful data analysis, and addressing ad hoc requests as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain marketing reports to track marketing performance.

  • Perform data validation checks, A/B tests and troubleshoot anomalies in lead volume, lead source attribution, and lead conversion issues.

  • Communicate research findings and actionable insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to marketing leadership, brand teams, and performance teams.

  • Assess vendor platforms and data integrations to enhance key metrics including ROI, customer acquisition costs, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and research on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitors to provide recommendations for current and future strategies.

  • Monitor customer journeys, identify bottlenecks, and recommend strategies to improve multisource attribution and identity resolution.

  • Use project management tools and methodology to manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Respond to analytical inquiries, provide data-driven insights, and address ad hoc questions to support the marketing team.


What You Bring to Us

  • A relevant bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in analytics or a related field is required. A master's degree is highly desireable.

  • Proficiency in using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau for creating reports and dashboards, as well as Microsoft Excel for large dataset analysis.

  • Experience with Google Analytics (Universal & GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with Google Big Query is a plus.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, SEO, and SEM best practices.

  • Experience in DAX language, Power Automate and ML Models in Python/R Preferred

  • Customer Data Platform and CRM Tool such as Yardi experience is advantageous.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Command in visual storytelling to communicate insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.

  • Customer focused with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service and results.

  • High focus attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing data, identifying trends, and spotting potential issues or opportunities.

  • Ability to identify and solve problems creatively using data insights.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. Project management experience with Asana, Trello or similar products is a plus.

  • Proven data analytical skills and data-driven thinking ability with big data.


Salary Range

$70,000-$85,000 USD
