Our Warsaw office is an incredibly exciting addition to our EMEA expansion. We're already in the UK, France, and Germany, and the new Poland location is a global engineering and product development hub alongside our headquarters in Redwood City, California. Join our growing engineering teams in Warsaw as we expand by over 100 members in 2024! Depending on your skills, experience, and preferences, you'll have the opportunity to join one of several teams to solve some of the toughest challenges as we build out the future of content management in the cloud. Your work will directly impact the productivity of millions of users at some of today's most significant enterprises.

We are currently looking for the engineers for the following teams:
  • Shield: Building advanced security capabilities such as integrating AI into automated classification, enhancing device security posture checks, extending security measures down to endpoint protection, and more.
  • Metadata: Empowering customers to add additional context to their files and transform them into actionable content. The adoption of Metadata Platform is rapidly increasing as it becomes essential internally for products like Shield, Relay Sign Governance while also being leveraged by our customers in custom applications.
  • Content Experiences: Reimagining user experiences for metadata features during what we see as an inflection point in the traditional Enterprise Content Management market.
  • Partner Integrations: This team develops new apps, product integrations, and frameworks to support our growing list of strategic partners and inspire the broader ecosystem of developers. Our goal is to build a powerful best-of-breed cloud stack with a single content layer.

Your expertise is essential to our journey in shaping tomorrow's content management landscape!

Who you are:
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proficient in Java (preferred), PHP or Scala
  • Experience designing and developing APIs
  • You possess strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software design principles, and object-oriented programming
  • Assess, communicate and complete project milestones with manager and team members in a time sensitive manner
  • Adapt to the technical and stylistic needs of integrations and projects as they occur; including technical tools, programming languages, technical limitations, and product requirements
  • Review and assess the technical feasibility of project requirements and propose innovative solutions
  • Be the technical expert and provide guidance to junior engineers on best practices, coding standards, and complex technical issues
  • Must speak English proficiently

Preferred skills:
  • Experience with public cloud systems such as GCP, AWS or Azure
  • Experience contributing to open source project
