Why Box needs you:

Box is looking for skilled individuals to join our Product teams in Warsaw. Your expertise is crucial in addressing challenges related to cloud-based content management, directly impacting the productivity of users at major enterprises.

We are currently seeking individuals for the following teams:
  • Notes: Box Notes is one of Box's stickiest products, and we want you to take it to the next stage of it's evolution. You will build an even more engaging and dynamic product that users love, and will partner closely with the engineering team based at our Warsaw office.
  • Web Experience: Web Product Team develops product experiences for Box, in direct partnership with our Mobile and Desktop teams. Seamless collaboration is one of Box's core company pillars, and this is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of Box by implementing key user experiences across Box's product suite.
  • Desktop: Desktop Team builds applications that bring the power of Box's content platform to where users get their work done - on their Windows and MacOS devices. Our desktop applications help users access and collaborate on their documents from cloud with the familiarity of their local computer and local applications.
  • Mobile: Mobile Team works on best-in-class enterprise applications that are digitally transforming traditional workplaces to be truly mobile. Our apps allow millions of Box customers to work with their content and collaborate with their teams wherever they are.

What you'll do:
  • Conduct market research, customer research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and help develop product strategy
  • Write detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria by working closely with Product and Engineering Leads
  • Partner with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones that deliver measurable customer value
  • Measure results and iterate on features with a keen eye towards driving metrics that matter
  • Collaborate with GTM teams including Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering etc. to effectively communicate product messaging to customers, identify high-vale use cases, and explore new product opportunities
  • Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team

Who you are:
  • 3+ years as software Product Manager, Solution Delivery Manager, Project Manager or Product Owner
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management or related fields
  • Capable of leading and motivating a team of engineers in a challenging, dynamic and global environment
  • Comfortable negotiating technical requirements and dependencies across the technical stack
  • Effective communication with all types of audiences, developers, procurement, or executives
  • Must speak English proficiently
  • Experience of building or deploying SaaS products, especially Information Security products such as watermarking, data leak prevention, etc., is a plus

Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
