WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

We are looking to expand our reach in the Japanese market by strengthening E-Commerce. We are looking for an outstanding E-Commerce Marketing Manager to grow our E-Commerce sales and customer base in Japan through a mix of brand awareness and demand generation programs.

The ideal candidate is an excellent collaborator with various stakeholders over cross-functional and regional projects. A self-motivated individual, with a natural curiosity to learn and explore, will enjoy the role of being part of a high-performing and dynamic team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Plan and execute a wide range of digital marketing programs, including digital marketing campaigns, in collaboration with the E-Commerce team at the US headquarters and other stakeholders in Japan.
  • Develop strategies, plan and execute initiatives and programs in collaboration with stakeholders to maximize E-Commerce business in Japan.
  • Analyze data and insights from various resources to maximize pipeline and sales related to E-Commerce.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously optimize key metrics and lead generation tactics.
  • Planning, forecasting, execution planning, and reporting results related to E-Commerce sales
  • Work with sales team to upsell to E-Commerce customers and leverage the E-Commerce customer base to develop plans and execute initiatives to maximize sales in Japan


WHO YOU ARE
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience (enterprise SaaS preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in web promotion and working with inside sales and sales
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience using sales and marketing tools (SFDC, Marketo, Hubspot, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Team-oriented and goal-oriented
  • Ability to maintain an optimistic and friendly attitude.
  • Native level of Japanese and business level English
