WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Box renews thousands of customers and hundreds of millions of dollars of subscriptions each year. For our renewals team this period intended to re-entrench our position and drive for customer expansion. Box needs you to drive the renewal process, working in collaboration with the Sales and Customer Success team to maximize value to the customer and revenue to Box.
This includes driving the renewal strategy, customer communication, negotiation, preparing of pricing options, identifying expansion opportunities, revisions to terms and conditions, preparing quotes, and obtaining contract signatures. As a Renewals Advisor you will enjoy having an up-to-date, in-depth understanding of the product and how that translates into customer ROI which will allow you to advise customers towards expansion.
We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, analytical, and agile individual who can draw insights from client interactions and account data to advise appropriately on favorable deal structures. This individual will need to be process oriented and able to meet deadlines. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage a portfolio of renewals across the US, Canadian and Australian territories
- Engage in consultative discovery conversations to uncover account expansion opportunities, solidify current product investments, and negotiate multi-year subscription opportunities.
- Create proposals, prepare contracts, and drive full agreement to closure
- Engage with Box's customers to ensure they have a seamless renewal experience and realize the current and future value they receive from the content cloud
- Coordinate across an internal set of multi-functional stakeholders such as accounting/finance, professional services, account executives, customer success, channel management, legal, and the deal desk to ensure maximum revenue is achieved within the renewal event
- Accurately forecast renewal outcomes on a monthly and quarterly basis in SFDC
- Advise Channel Partners and customers on reports related to customer renewals and Box usage when needed.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years B2B Sales, Renewals, Account Management, Procurement/contracting experience, or an equivalent customer facing role
- Must be motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to make thought out decisions in the spirit of the strategic direction of Box while meeting the needs of supporting internal teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with Channel Partners is a plus
- Ability to acquire an understanding of the general functions of other divisions and their role in assisting with Renewals

United States Pay Range
$57,000 - $71,500 USD
