WHAT YOU'LL DO
We have immediate openings for Working Students in both our Talent Management Unit and our Staffing Expertise Unit. As a dynamic and motivated Working Student, you'll be part of our staffing expertise and talent management HR setup for the Consulting Team.
Staffing/Staffing Expertise Unit
As a Working Student, you'll support us on a wide range of tasks. One focus will be on coordinating the data of our new consultants. You'll be in contact with our Recruiting Team, keeping an eye on the current CVs and all relevant entry data and bundling them for our purpose: staffing our new consultants on their first project at BCG. This includes maintaining Excel lists and our database in collaboration with our responsible Staffing Expertise Specialists. Other responsibilities may include supporting our weekly availability survey among Associates and Consultants and handling correspondence with our Consulting Team on recurring general questions.

Talent Management Unit
As a Working Student, you'll support us in the areas of career development, staffing, and HR topics. In terms of career development, you'll assist our team in preparing Career Development (CD) meetings by requesting performance evaluations and following up as necessary. You'll also aid in compiling documents and presentations for CD meetings. In the context of staffing, you'll process data in our HR/staffing database, including maintaining and controlling information on the planned and actual assignments of individual consultant groups. All the while, you'll work together closely with our Talent Coordinators and Talent Assistants, supporting their daily work and assisting with ad hoc requests.

You enjoy HR and working with data and numbers.
You are highly motivated and perform your assigned tasks independently and with strong dedication.
You have excellent team and communication skills and a service mentality.
You can be depended on to be flexible.
Absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and a sense of responsibility are second nature to you.
You are conscientious and reliable, and impress others with your structured work style, including in regard to repetitive tasks.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

You are enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or the humanities.
You have completed internships or gained some practical experience in a service-oriented field.
You are proficient in the MS Office package, especially Excel.
Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of the Staffing Expertise and Talent Management HR setup. Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, regular experience sharing, and strong trust. Accordingly, your team members will be there for you to help you learn the ropes.
