WHAT YOU'LL DO
To meet our high growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition lead for managing the recruiting activities for BST India Staff. Talent is a core strategic priority in our growth objective, and we are looking for exceptional recruiters with a professional search consultant background to step change our approach to BST hiring. This individual should bring to the role a level of creative thinking, ingenuity, drive and problem-solving on par with any agile start-up. Not only will this person drive candidate sourcing and management from inception through to completion across several high-priority topics, but they will also set a new pace and framework for our way of working.

Responsible for the recruitment process for experienced hire in CT. Accountable for hiring required numbers within TAT.

Drive Career Services & oversee consulting contractor process.
Manage and serve as primary contact for all candidates, hiring managers, search agency representatives and hiring through various sources.
Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations & negotiations, and closing candidates.
Market mapping of relevant companies, sectors, geographies, identifying target organizations, networks and talent pools
Review key metrics and performance measures and make recommendations for enhancement.
Help shape and implement the recruiting strategy by leading initiatives and contributing to global projects.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
Research and recommend creative ways to source active and passive candidates.
Source passive candidates through networking, direct sourcing and occasionally working with external search firms.
Utilize contacts within applicable industries to find qualified passive candidates.
Communicate with hiring managers and HR regularly.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Strong academic credentials: Bachelor' degree is required, an MBA or other relevant graduate degree is desirable.
8+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of structured candidate recruiting experience gained in a leading MNC or professional services environment, including a proven history of identifying, attracting, and managing top talent from industry.
Team management experience would be a plus.
Experience building peer-like relationships with stakeholders through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery.
Experience managing multiple searches and competing demands through strong project management and prioritization skills.
Experience in candidate assessment
Experience enabling recruiting organizations and stakeholders to reach peak performance
Ability to maintain a sophisticated targeted network to leverage for search while building meaningful genuine long term appropriate relationships with potential candidates and contacts of value
* Able to build deep knowledge and insight on candidate pools in complex sector/functional topics.
