WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for a Talent Specialist for our Prague office for the Consulting Team. As a Talent Specialist you will be the central contact for our Associates and (Junior) Consultants in all staffing and career related topics.
The Talent Specialist is a strategic partner who aligns business objectives with employees and management. The Talent Specialist provides partnering, support and expertise throughout the life cycle of our consulting team and serves as a sparring partner to management on staffing related topics and issues.
The key focus of the role is to ensure that our associates and consultants are optimally assigned to projects and that the selection of these consultants is ideally matched to their career development needs, involving regular engagement with the relevant Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs), Career Development Advisors as well as with BCG consultants to understand their development needs and career ambitions.

The position involves tracking and updating team availability and commitments, facilitating communication with management on staffing, CD and HR issues, and offering guidance on project assignments and professional development, communicating decisions independently with a calm and empathetic demeanor and diplomatic skills. The role also entails handling requests for staff for short-term projects and business development, maintaining an accurate consultant database, and ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals. Additionally, it involves onboarding new hires, improving internal processes, and fostering strong internal relationships to support the team's effectiveness and efficiency.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
At least three years of resourcing experience, additional HR or administrative experience with sales-related backgrounds at a professional services firm is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to deal with a high-volume workload.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management.
Ability to build strong & credible relationships with all levels of staff.
High level of integrity, discreetness, and trust.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities.

Full command of all MS office related programs.
* Fluency in Czech and English language.
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work in our Talent Management and Staffing team in CEE with close contact to our other departments such as Career Development, HR Operations, Recruiting and Finance as well as our Central Europe TMU.
You'll report directly to the CEE Consulting Team People Director, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw upon the experience of your other coworkers.
