Sr. Specialist - Staffing (HR)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Individual will manage staffing for designated Practice Areas (Industry/Functional) and cohorts. Effectively interact with senior consulting leadership to understand requirements and finalize team staffing for cases. Ensure people development needs are met by selecting the right individuals for each case. Collaborate closely with staffing team members to ensure appropriate team composition for case leadership. Work closely with CDC (HR), Finance, Mobility, and Recruiting teams due to interdepartmental linkages. Prepare weekly agendas and staffing forecast scenarios for the Weekly Staffing meeting. Maintain an updated availability sheet for team discussions. Manage cohort leaves to maintain business continuity during peak holiday periods. Support Career Development (CD+) process by providing staffing inputs to manage consultant growth opportunities

Staffing Flags - ensuring development opportunity met based on CDC Must Do flags and staffing guidelines, Lateral Integration criteria
Engage with all Case Leadership on an ongoing basis to monitor the Team's performance and proactively highlight and action changes to an individual's Staffing if needed.
Weekly CD+ tracker to ensure 100% CD+ discussions at time of staffing
Weekly Staffing sheet - Publish the weekly Staffing sheet which serves as an input to Finance and PTO for weekly reconciliation.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

MBA preferred
5-7 years of experience in the HR domain/ Staffing
Experience in a service industry preferably an MNC
Proficient in navigating and thriving within the dynamic environment of a large international corporation.
Excellent people manager able to motivate and develop local teams
Advanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications and Excel
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Personal touch - Explain logic of Staffing based on home location, Case preference, CDC input and staffing flexibility.
