Boston Consulting Group (BCG)

Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator (Client Communities & Programmes)

Amsterdam, Netherlands

WHAT YOU'LL DO
ROLE PROFILE (What you'll do) -

The ambition of our client communities and programmes portfolio is to build bespoke networks for our target audience groups which provide our members with opportunities to upskill, connect and be inspired. Our networks are typically local and focused on current and potential clients and alumni across BCG's practice areas, while our partnership activity is focused on a mix of collaborations with high-profile local organisations, and more intimate activations with industry bodies, opinion shapers and think tanks.

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, your role will be to leverage your deep understanding of the local market to organise and deliver the Dutch programme of events and partnerships activity, reporting into the LAB Marketing & Communications Manager who is responsible for this portfolio. You will also collaborate with the broader LAB Marketing & Communications team to source content, speakers and identify opportunities to enhance the impact of the programmes you run. We also expect the ideal candidate to be strong role model, enjoy guiding more junior members of the team, and have a strong customer-service mindset when partnering with our managing partners and directors on projects.
