BCG's Social Impact business aims to accelerate progress on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in areas of most need by focusing on both emerging markets (Africa, India, and Southeast Asia) and mature markets facing high inequities. We work with a range of organizations, including aid agencies, foundations, private companies, and governments, on the world's most pressing topics. Through this work, we lead the firm's investments to deliver impact at scale. You will be working with two primary sectors within the business: Our Development Impact (DI) and Socially Transformative Business (STB) sectors.

In our Socially Transformative Business (STB) sector, we consult with private sector clients on social impact issues. Our goal is to help them develop an impact agenda aligned with the company's purpose that acts as a scalable, profitable value driver for the company, serves a range of stakeholder needs, and positively impacts millions of lives by addressing one or more UN SDGs.
