SEA Human Resources Senior Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The overall objective of the position is spearhead and manage strategic and priority initiatives for the Business Services Teams (BST) across multiple functions - namely the People Team, Finance, Operations, and Marketing in six SEA offices - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. This role is also responsible to drive strategic communication and initiatives as part of people change management to instill lasting transformational impact to all employees in SEA.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:BST Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

Develop and implement a compelling EVP tailored specifically for BST employees. The objective is to ensure that the organization can attract and retain exceptional talent, which is crucial for both the ongoing success of the business and the overall firm.

Lead transformation projects with a focus on enhancing BST EVP, collaborating closely with SEA and Regional/ Global teams.
Drive implementation of SEA BST-wide initiatives and support function-led initiative implementation where relevant
BST People Survey

Conduct robust People Survey analyses for BST, including detailed insights into BST employee engagement and satisfaction, identify trends, areas for improvement, and assess overall workforce morale across all SEA offices.
Present key insights that drive strategic decisions to SEA Leadership and BST Functional Heads, and effectively communicate key messages to ensure all BST functions understand the implications and the need for targeted actions.
Collaborate closely with SEA Leadership, Office Leads and BST Functional Heads to develop actionable solutions that address specific issues identified in the survey and manage implementation of function and/or cohort-led initiatives.
Design and implement follow-up surveys or feedback sessions to gauge employee reactions to changes, capture ongoing concerns, and tweak strategies for effective outcomes
BST Compensation
Manage promotion and year-end salary increases for all BST employees, in partnership with global and regional teams, ensuring equitable and competitive pay and align with organizational goals.
Lead salary benchmark reviews with global compensation to align pay across SEA offices with market standards and adjust compensation structures to reflect the complexity and demands of various roles.
Work closely with finance to forecast budget needs for salary increments, bonuses, and other compensation-related expenses.
Facilitate transparent communication with all stakeholders regarding compensation strategies, changes, and their implications and provide clear explanations and justifications for compensation decisions to employees and management to ensure understanding and buy-in.
SEA-wide Strategic Projects for BST
Create and drive strategic communication plans and town hall sessions on HR programs, guidelines, and key initiatives across SEA, using digital and interactive forums for clarity and engagement.
Lead change management and implementation efforts to support people sustainability and change management, with close collaboration workstream leads, multiple BST functions and regional teams.
Evaluate employee feedback on new initiatives, adjusting strategies to enhance effectiveness and satisfaction.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Senior presence, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills; very strong power point skills; strong excel skills
Influencing and networking skills; ability to work and connect with multi-stakeholders - SEA Leadership, BST Functional Heads, Regional and Global teams
Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style
Excellent project management skills, highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with virtual teams
Team player, highly motivated, proactive, strong ownership, resourceful and friendly
Convey a strong positive image with high standards of professional behavior and ethics

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Experienced HR practitioner, with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Strong passion for technology and at ease with digital collaboration tools (Trello, Slack) and video conferencing (Zoom)
* Confident in the use of Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel.
