WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Program Specialist is expected to play a pivotal role in the operations and programme management of the RISE Career Development Centre which supports our RISE by BCG U learners with their career development efforts through various programs such as personalized CV and interview coaching, career goal-setting and employer engagements, to drive high career development outcome.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Plan, manage and implement the rollout of career-related programs and digital tools to large cohorts
Manage surveys including designing, survey programming, scheduling, administration, database management & analysis
Model, collect & analyse data/information, and evaluate program efficiency

Organize virtual/physical events to connect current RISE learners with alumni, industry experts and recruiting companies
Collaborate with recruitment partners to explore and match job opportunities for Rise learners
Engage learners to facilitate career development conversations
Provide level 1 customer support, address routine concerns, escalate more complex cases, and follow up with cases to resolution
Collect digital documents, perform quality check & upload to document management system
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor degree in Mathematics, engineering and business preferred
Minimum 2 years of work experience in, data analysis preferably in human resource functions
Responsible & meticulous, able to own the assigned tasks end to end with attention to details
Strong analytical mindset with excellent analytical, logical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Good team player and takes strong ownership in work
Great interpersonal skills, with empathetic communication approach
Excellent written & verbal communication in English
Excellent proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint preferred
Experience in Hubspot, Power Query, Excel VBA is a plus
Experience in planning and managing adult learner-related programs is a plus

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
