You acquire new projects and challenges for our company on your own
You are in charge of planning, leadership, and quality assurance for strategic IT projects and work with passion for our clients' long-term success
You use your comprehensive knowledge of technology and the industry to provide both internal and external stakeholders with the orientation they need in critical project phases and situations
You think across projects and connecting factors, and plan resources with a clear view to their effectiveness
You take responsibility for presenting key project results at the highest level of client management
You work with entrepreneurial passion to advance BCG Platinion with your contributions to people development, recruiting, and practice areas
This is how you can make a difference
You completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades
You have at least eight years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and the lead design and management of IT implementation and strategy projects
You have industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking or insurance sector
You already have project-related management experience of teams with more than five people
You know how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
Even in complex organizational structures, you effectively steer decisions toward the goal and master escalating situations with an eye to solutions
You have successfully acquired consulting projects
You're good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English; French of advantage
