WHAT YOU'LL DO
Under the general direction of the North America HR Immigration Director, you will be responsible for helping to coordinate and provide support for our US Immigration functions and working on our Form I-9 compliance program. You will work closely with the North America Immigration team, the North America Compliance team more broadly, local office HR teams, foreign nationals in need of immigration services, and external US immigration legal counsel.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Building relationships - strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Our team liaises with everyone from our entry level employees to senior leadership; this role requires you have a strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with members at all levels of the organization.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Experience in a fast-paced, intellectually-intense, service-oriented environment
A bachelor's degree
2-4 years of experience, with a solid understanding of U.S. immigration
I-9 experience preferred, familiarity with an I-9 program like Tracker strongly preferred
Experience in supporting complex immigration processes and projects, including helping to determine green card strategy through the entire PERM lifecycle; messaging immigration strategies to foreign nationals and stakeholders
Familiarity with Workday preferred
The ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, global, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment, keeping with BCG's values and culture
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll sit on our North America Immigration team with responsibilities across the US. Our team was created over a decade ago but has doubled in size in just the last few years! The team is made up of seven individuals, sitting in offices across the US (Atlanta and Boston).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
FORMAT:
This role currently requires 3 days a week in office presence. This provides flexibility the remaining 40% of the work week. This hybrid work plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues. Specific days in the office are agreed upon by the team.
COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
