Marketing Operations Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Marketing Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role on the NAMR Marketing Team in driving audience-centric event and marketing initiatives through high-quality data management. You will work with the Marketing Operations Manager to support NAMR Marketing's event and marketing efforts by enabling strong targeting and enhanced data quality.

You will:

Provide hands-on management of data, direct handling of tools and platforms, and the execution of specific tasks like research, data cleansing and invitation processes

Collaborate with event and project teams to enhance data management processes throughout the event planning cycle, focusing on strategic client list development, invitation development, and MDP (Managing Director and Partner), Client, and Alumni engagement

Manage the entire invitation process: from creating targeted lists, crafting and sending invitations, overseeing registration sites, to handling all communications with invitees, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo

Coordinate personalized client and alumni engagement strategies, from selecting targets to facilitating interactions with BCG delegates, ensuring seamless approval processes

Provide support to the project team with ad-hoc data cleansing initiatives and assist the analytics team with ad-hoc reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and usefulness

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams in a virtual environment

Managing multiple datasets across various platforms, with a strong ability to maintain organization and accuracy

Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, along with robust coordination and organizational skills

Communicating effectively (written and verbal) to all stakeholders in an accurate and in a service-orientated way (in English)

Operating autonomously within structured processes and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes

Handling detailed, tactical work efficiently

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field

At least two years of relevant experience in data management or event management

Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics, and marketing automation platforms like Marketo

Experience utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a keen interest in applying new technologies, including Generative AI, to optimize marketing efforts

Strong planning and organizational skills, combined with a positive, flexible approach and the capability to perform under pressure

Ability to interact with intercultural teams at senior and junior levels in a non-hierarchical manner
