WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our goal is to acquire the best people for BCG. You're organized, structured, and creative and have experience in and enjoy planning and organizing events of differing scopes? Then become part of the Group as Talent Acquisition Junior Specialist and support our campus marketing team in successfully planning and executing various recruiting events and make your own contribution to recruiting outstanding candidates looking to start a career in consulting in Germany or Austria.

Every day, you'll work to ensure that BCG's brand power makes our recruiting efforts a success. You'll share responsibility for planning and carrying out different audience-specific recruiting events and HR marketing activities, all while keeping an eye on everything running smoothly. In addition, you'll support your colleagues in creating innovative marketing concepts for our various target groups. Finally, in addition to your core responsibilities, you'll assist with various other recruiting activities within the team as needed. This position is therefore an ideal entry-level position for gaining initial professional experience in recruiting and developing your skills, whether you're just starting out or making a career switch.

As part of your daily business, you'll care for applicants throughout the entire recruiting process and help to guarantee both frictionless processes and a good candidate experience. This includes data processing in our applicant management system and verbal and written communication with applicants. In doing so, you'll support our candidates from the beginning of their candidate journey all the way to their start in the Group.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

You have experience in event planning and organization and enjoy sharing your creative ideas for our recruiting events.

You see yourself as an organizational and coordination talent who keeps a cool head even when things get busy.

You're enthusiastic about recruiting and passionate about creative and innovative HR marketing activities.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

You have successfully completed commercial training or other education in the hotel, tourism, or event management industry and have gained some initial professional experience. Alternatively, you have received a bachelor's degree in one of these fields.

Relevant experience in a similar role, especially in the consulting industry, is a plus.

You have excellent German language skills and are business fluent in English.

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be a member of our interdisciplinary Recruiting Team, based in Munich and Düsseldorf. The team's collaboration is characterized by mutual respect, an interest in the topics, and mutual trust. You'll report directly to the responsible Recruiting Manager, who will be there for you during your orientation phase and support you in your professional development. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
