and supporting the organization of resources and decisions across initiatives to ensure effective
coordination and prioritization of critical tasks.
The IT Strategy & Operations Senior Manager role is responsible for driving transparency to the outcomes
and top metrics to deliver against our ambitions. This transparency will help define our target operating
metrics and our target ambitions, leading us to prioritize, resolve risks & dependencies, track and
communicate progress and ensure realization of the benefits of our strategy. In the IT Strategy & Operations
Senior Manager role you will work as part of a cross-functional team and:
Define business outcome metrics and Performance Management operating model domain metrics and make them transparent.
Develop and maintain roadmap of customer-prioritized operating model metrics, improvements to surveys, and dashboard upgrades. Develop quad-based delivery plan based on prioritized backlogs.
Establish, socialize, and update transformation metrics and dashboards at the appropriate level, providing transparency of execution progress and value realization
Deliver Digital Products and IT-wide surveys, including set up in survey tools, analysis, and publishing of summary results
Support selected initiatives in execution, to direct the effort and ensure delivery of their roadmaps and value, and ensure their execution through monitoring initiatives/processes and aligning with our leadership team
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Quantitative & qualitative analysis to define the organization's current & future state
Using data prep and visualization tools such Alteryx, Tableau Prep, and Tableau
Working as a team, building consensus, and influencing IT leaders and other stakeholders to effectively enact change
Understand the needs of a digital function and help gather data, complete analysis and drive insight
Learning new things while managing day-to-day activities and senior-level meetings in a highly dynamic environment, across concurrent workstreams and competing priorities
Facilitating alignment across multiple areas of expertise - such as IT Executive Communications, IT Operations, IT Architecture and Cyber Security- by:
Absorbing and synthesizing input from different stakeholders
Translating senior input into tangible action items
"Connecting the dots" and clearly communicating how operational activities and transformations measurably impact overall product and business outcomes
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Proven project execution, data analysis, and data management skills - ideally in a global professional services firm
Demonstrated expertise using data prep and visualization tools such Alteryx, Tableau Prep, and Tableau
Experience in influencing and presenting to senior business and IT stakeholders
Highly organized and proactive approach to managing work in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
* Bachelor's degree or similar education
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work with BCG's IT Leadership, the Digital Operating Model & Performance Management Lead, the
Office of the IT Strategy & Transformation, and other partners to drive the IT Transformation forward,
supporting and enabling a partnership with the IT Leadership Team to prioritize, resolve risks &
dependencies, track progress, and ensure realization of the benefits of our strategy.
