Global HR Operations Specialist- Contingent Workforce

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Contingent workers make up a significant percentage of BCGs overall workforce and is a specialist division of HR. As part of the Global Contingent worker PMO team, this will be a key role in supporting CWR operations - onboarding, offboarding, extensions.

Key role & responsibilities

Day to day management of Contingent workers life cycle in Fieldglass
Advising internal stakeholders on HR policies and processes relating to contingent workforce
Ownership of contingent worker mailbox and slack channels
Reporting for key stakeholders as needed
Working closely with functional teams - Finance, IT, procurement etc
Assisting with the building and maintaining of the CWR global microsite

YOU'RE GOOD AT
This global role requires collaboration from many different business areas and being the liaison between Business partners, finance, IT functions, focusing on the Global services Contingent worker communities facilitating the onboarding of the workers, to excel in the role

An ability to successfully work within a complex matrix structured organization
Solution orientated and enjoy problem solving
Strong custom focus, and ability Liaising with global stakeholder via various mediums
Collaborating effectively in a virtual environment. Demonstrates accountability, ownership and ability to handle confidential information
Strong attention to detail & strong service mindset, flexible and able to work under pressure, inquisitive mindset, self starter
Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG's values and culture

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

A Graduate degree or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
Desirable Knowledge of working with Workday
Should demonstrate highest level of integrity
