What You'll Do

As a Consultant, Project leader or Associate Director within BCG's Financial Institutions Practice Expert Career Track (ECT), you will be a core member of our practice working alongside some of the world's top minds in industry shaping the future of banking and other Financial Services segments. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients on a variety of topics, including:

Risk and Compliance: Supporting clients to optimize their Risk and Compliance capabilities

* Strategy: Understanding and addressing the most complex business problems

* Digital: Setting the ambition, identifying opportunities and executing the strategy

While contributing to client cases, workshops, and proposals you will occasionally travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

Our Expert Consulting Track (ECT)
The Expert Consulting Track (ECT) is vital to BCG's ability to successfully meet our clients' demand for deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities. Experts deliver next-level impact for BCG's most complex and cutting-edge client challenges. Experts focus on developing BCG's thought leadership, commercial capabilities, and intellectual property assets; and their work is essential to our delivery model. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to bring the 'best of BCG' to our clients, Experts come from diverse backgrounds, with expertise often gained outside of BCG in industry, academia, or specialized consulting.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

Experience working with a leading consulting firm(s) focused on Financial Services and/or experience with banks or FinTechs
Experience working in multiple areas of Risk and Compliance
Business level English both written and spoken
Fluent in French
Experience of devising and implementing strategy involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions

LOCATION When you join BCG's Paris office, you will work for the strategy consulting leader in France and one of The Boston Consulting Group's most prominent offices. It is also one of the largest offices in our network, with a team of 500+ consultants, out of which there are about 50 partners and managing directors.
