directly with our clients and our colleagues from The Boston Consulting Group on
projects to unlock additional value from asset-backed trading strategies, to
build new or improved trading capabilities and solutions or solve their
modernization and digitalization problems. You will help to analyze
requirements, define target landscapes and trading IT organizations, help to
manage their implementation programs and to develop their capabilities.

Providing expert support to our clients in the
energy industry with a particular focus on
commodity trading; from requirements analysis, to target
architecture definition, to solution implementation

* Ensuring fit between business concepts and
artefacts to be implemented within delivery teams (e.g., use case
detailing, capability mapping, requirements engineering, process design,
data domains and flow analysis)

* Taking hands-on ownership in the successful
implementation of specific energy solutions, including Commodity/Energy
Trading and Risk Management (CTRM/ETRM), portfolio management, market
access, market data, forecasting, scheduling and logistics solutions as
well as digital data platforms and value measurement and optimization
tools

* Help managing transformation programs by coordinating
implementation activities and by providing guidance to the delivery teams
(e.g., business analysts, developers, QAs)

* Enhancing delivery quality by providing input
on methodological approaches to delivery teams based on solution expertise
and experience in the commodity trading industry

This is how you can make a difference

Above-average completion of a degree in
computer science, (business) informatics, business administration, energy
engineering, international trade or another related field
You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the context of implementation
programs pre-dominantly in the commodity trading industry, e.g., working for a
vendor, consulting company or commodity trading company
You collected demonstrable experience working in teams of business
analysts, developers and QAs, in projects/programs that span multiple work
streams and/or sub-projects
You have hands-on technical knowledge in the design, implementation and
configuration of industry-leading commodity trading solutions, e.g., ETRM
systems such as Endur, Allegro Horizon, RightAngle, Deltix or Beacon
You have a basic end-to-end understanding of commodity trading systems
landscapes, including core systems and corresponding capability footprint,
interfaces, and recent developments in data landscapes
You command exceptional analytical and
conceptual skills but with a strong client and result orientated attitude

* You are fluent in English and German (written and
spoken)

* Team spirit and good communication
skills, as well as the ability working in a team towards a common goal
complete your profile
