WHAT YOU'LL DO

Scope

Support the Global People Experience & Programs Director to build and develop an equitable approach to the Global People Experience in BCG X, supporting in the delivery of key initiatives across culture, engagement, career fulfilment, sustainability and DE&I
Drive engagement and implementation of the People Experience Agenda, working closely with the People functions.
Partner with local, regional & global People functions (staffing, mobility, career development etc.), to assist in the execution across the People Agenda
Assist in the delivery of strategic global people projects, adapting global design principles to local office context, needs, and practicalities.

Continue roll-out of our global people promise initiatives (EVP benefits)
Preparation of agendas for, and prepare content for key leadership meetings to update, escalate, or influence decisions
Drive consistent, clear and uplifting People communications
Support generation of People data insights to inform our ongoing People strategy
Act as a BCG X point of contact/thought leadership to other systems, chapters and global teams on people projects across consultant topics (Culture, career fulfilment, DE&I, sustainability)
Impact
BCG X People Experience Manager will elevate the People experience, driving increased engagement, retention and satisfaction
Role will ensure our People agenda takes into consideration, and supports the needs of our unique talent across regions, chapters, and cohorts

YOU'RE GOOD AT

A proven track record of managing projects to successful outcomes in a complex and highly professional environment, with a particular focus on stakeholder management
Experience of building effective working relationships across functions and geographies, and leveraging these relationships to deliver positive outcomes

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Consulting experience (mandatory)
Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, including on senior levels
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, good business judgment and strong attention to detail
Strong affinity to analytics and data businesses
Ability to work effectively in a global virtual environment, with strong service behaviors
Initiative, ownership, and results-orientation
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
